I am an assistant professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics at Aarhus University.
I study labor economics, with a focus on how firms, labor-market frictions, and public policy shape wages, worker mobility, and inequality.
My work combines structural models and reduced-form empirical methods, often using administrative data.
