I am a Postodoctoral Fellow at the Paris School of Economics and a joint Ph.D. candidate in Business Economics between the IMT School for Advanced Studies and KU Leuven.
During my Ph.D., I spent a year as a Research Fellow at CERGE-EI in the Czech Republic. I received my degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
I am mainly interested in the economics of labor and firms with a mix of structural and reduced-form approaches that exploit administrative microdata.
More in detail, my research currently focuses on labor market dynamics, firms’ productivity, and public policy and primarily uses the data from the VisitINPS Scholars program.
